Has there been days in which you felt like 'what's the use, I only fail?  I want to let you know that I have the tools to empower you to succeed. I sincerely believe that you have the power to make positive change. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, mental health, and substance abuse.

I understand your frustration with the obstacles you are facing. I aim to have every client who has left us with a sense of wholeness and inner healing. Together, we will make a plan that will empower you to succeed. I have years of experience counseling individuals, couples, and families like yours.

I have an expertise in facilitate individual and group therapy sessions and interventions tailored to help participants develop coping skills, manage triggers, and build a supportive community.  I use various techniques, such as CBT, motivational interviewing, roleplaying exercises, mindfulness practices, and art therapy, to engage participants and promote growth.
