Hello, I am Thomas Dillinghm Jr., MS LICDC, QMHS

If you have been feeling a sense of hopelessness, lack of motivation, irritability, and the inability to manage your daily life stressors due to past or current trauma and addictions, I understand.  Perhaps your days are filled with anxiety and frustration. Does that sound familiar? I am here to help you manage symptoms. There are good people like you who have real issues that can make them feel alone and hopeless.

Together, we will work to ensure you have improved coping skills, are empowered to have a brighter future, and have healthier relationships with others! Please get in touch with me, Thomas Dillingham Jr., to get started on your recovery path and allow your healing journey to begin.

My Programs include:

Individual Counseling:

· Tailored therapeutic sessions to address personal challenges and promote self-discovery. Alleviate the dependency on alcohol or substances and find positive methods to cope with emotional distress.

· Expertise in substance abuse, trauma, co-dependency depression, and mental health concerns around addictions, such as one's mood and lack of impulse control.

· Lessened addictive behaviors that can be in the form of gambling, shopping, or other addictions. These addictive behaviors impact one’s physical, mental, and financial well-being.

Group Counseling:

12-Week Anger Management Group Sessions:

A structured program for individuals seeking effective anger management strategies.

Emphasis on fostering emotional regulation and healthier communication.

Helping Men Recovery Group sessions (HMR) is a gender-responsive, trauma-informed treatment group for me.

HMR addresses what is often missing in prevailing treatment modes: a clear understanding of the impact of male socialization on the recovery process, deliberations of the relational needs of men, a healthy exploration of sex and sexuality, an investigation of concepts of power, and a focus on the issues of abuse and trauma (both experienced and perpetrated) The program model is organized into four modules that emphasize the core areas of men’s recovery: Self, Relationships, Sexuality, and Spirituality

Nurturing Fathers Group Sessions:

Dedicated to helping fathers build and maintain healthy families.

Focus on parenting skills, communication, and emotional well-being.

Multi-Ethnic Family and Community Group Sessions:

Strengthening bonds within diverse communities.

Tailored sessions for individuals who have endured violence, domestic violence, and drug and alcohol abuse.

I have over 30 years of experience in helping men overcome their trauma and addictions. My services are offered in individual families and group settings.
